文化公益品牌【生活好课堂】致力于民众幸福力建设。通过组织广泛的社会学习，向大众传播先进的生活理念、有用的生活技术，在生活智慧和精神层面给人以帮助。
由北京电视台十佳主持人、北京市第四届“十大创业青年”李向显于2013年5月发起成立。

【生活好课堂】· 初衷
人生一世，谁都想活的愉快些、开心些、幸福些。可现实是，每个人的一生都会遇到问题——或这样或那样的困难、困惑、障碍，甚至痛苦，又叫我们生活的不那么愉快。
问题从何而来？为什么发生？
人活一世，归根结底就是活在（与他人、与自然、与自已的）各种关系里，活在各种情绪中。人生的种种问题和不痛快，最终也产生于此。而问题来临，首先是如何面对，其次是如何处理。一个属态度、意识层面；一个属能力、行为层面。
其实，看似纷繁复杂的人生，道理也就如此简单。
基于对人、对人生的如此理解，【生活好课堂】试图——
调动和激发每个人内心深处的幸福因子，通过组织、实施广泛的社会学习，致力于民众幸福力建设，全面营造社会化的幸福氛围。
我们始终坚持，以人的身心持续成长和开启向内生长的力量为出发点，传播先进的生活理念（改善态度、指导认知）和有用的生活技术（提供方法、指导实践），帮助每一个人提升幸福能力，帮助提高生活品质，在精神和生活智慧层面助人自助，实现快乐幸福。
